Attila Brawl with Security During Live Performance in Defense of Mistreated Fans

During Attila’s February 16 performance at Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee, W.I., the band ended their set abruptly following a fight with security. Video footage of the incident can be seen below.

During the show, guitarist Chris Linck noticed an attendee being harassed by security. A video from the incident shows Linck crouching down at the front of the stage to intervene when an arm pulls him off of the riser. A tweet from frontman Chris Fronzak alleged that it was one of the guards who pulled Linck into the melee.

“Punching the shit out of our fans? Fuck no. Pulling my guitarist off stage? FUCK NO,” Fronzak tweeted.

Several members of the band quickly became involved and physically engaged with security. When they returned to the stage, Fronzak exclaimed: “It’s over motherfuckers! Fuck your security!” The band then walked off, ending the show early.

Attila tweeted the following in regards to the incident:

“Milwaukee you guys are incredible. Sorry that the entire show ended with us fighting the security. We just care about you guys too much.

“We will always stand up for our fans. If someone hurts you, we will jump off the stage & fight the shit out of them. Nobody hurts our fans.”

Chris Fronzak took to his personal Twitter to comment further. He wrote:

“Well..... that show ended with a brawl.....

“Sorry you guys had to see us like that.... we just don't stand for that. We can't see our fans getting hurt like that. That's not chill.

“Punching the shit out of our fans? Fuck no. Pulling my guitarist off stage? FUCK NO.

“You guys got what you deserved. Fuck that shit. Be fucking chill. Violence wasn't necessary.”
