The first annual Motörhead's Motörboat set sail from Miami for Cozumel aboard the Carnival Ecstasy, September 22-26. "The Loudest Boat in the World" featured Motörhead, Anthrax, Metal Allegiance, Testament, Down, High On Fire, Kill Devil Hill, Zakk Wylde, Jim Breuer Band, Danko Jones, Fireball Ministry, Wilson, and Cilver, as well as a spoken-word performance by legendary heavy-metal musician, author, and television personality Scott Ian. "Motorboaters" enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with band members and experience rare, unforgettable performances on various stages throughout the ship. Late night parties and spontaneous jam sessions along with 'meet and greets' and fun contests kept 'quiet time' to a minimum. Check out some of the scene from Motörboat staff photographers Chris Bradshaw and Nick Shirghio.
