Last week, we wrote about the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead, and the debut of a new faction called The Whisperers — an ultra-creepy cult of weirdos who wear zombie skin on their bodies and terrorize our noble batch of survivors. It's a genuinely creepy turn for a show that needed a shot in the arm.
Season nine will return on February 10, and AMC has offered up this twisty, subtext-laden teaser to get you hyped. No matter what happens or who leaves, it's amazing how The Walking Dead still manages to find some juice to keep us on board. Watch the trailer above.
