Founding Sepultura members Max and Iggor Cavalera have re-recorded the band's first two releases, Bestial Devastation and Morbid Visions. The Cavalera brothers have signed to Nuclear Blast for the re-releases, which also feature updated album art.

"As we get harder year after year, sometimes you've got to go back to where it all started!" Max Cavalera said. "We re-recorded Bestial Devastation and Morbid Visions with the amazing sound of NOW, but with its raw and timeless spirit. The artwork reflects the times we're living in right now…. Apocalyptic as hell! We also have two new tracks with riffs from those days, remembered by heart."

Iggor Cavalera added, "I always felt like the recordings of our earlier work didn't do justice to the way we performed the songs. So, this is a very special moment in our lives that we are very proud to show you real fans our true representation of the amazing records Bestial Devastation and Morbid Visions with an insane visual identity…enjoy and see you all in the pit."

Max and Iggor produced the new releases while John Aquilino and Arthur Rizk handled engineering, mixing and mastering. The leveled-up artwork for both albums was created by Eliran Kantor.

The Cavalera brothers will also embark on a 40-date "Morbid Devastation Tour" with Exhumed and Incite, which will trek throughout the U.S. from August 29th to October 18th. Tickets for the tour will go on sale April 21st at 10 a.m. local time. Check out the full itinerary below.
