Sevendust's 14th studio LP, Truth Killer, the follow-up to 2020's Blood & Stone, is right around the corner, and today (June 22nd), the nu-metal veterans unleashed the album's third single, "Holy Water." The up-beat anthem arrived along with a high-octane performance video, which was directed by J.T. Ibanez (P.O.D., Loveless, Orianthi), who also helmed May's "Everything." Watch and listen above.
In contrast to April's heavy, djent-inflected teaser track "Fence," but like "Everything," "Holy Water" leans into Sevendust's sing-along hard-rock side, with frontman Lajon Witherspoon showcasing his soulful croon atop his bandmates' crunchy riffery.
