While She Sleeps are gearing up to drop a new album. In March 2024, the U.K. metalcore stalwarts will unveil Self Hell, their sixth LP overall and first since 2021's Sleeps Society.
Today (September 13th), the band are previewing the record with its title-track lead single; an upbeat, rap-rocky metalcore jam that boasts a huge chorus and several bouncy breakdowns.
Over the decade, While She Sleeps have continually added more clean vocal melody and external instrumentation into their riff-centric metalcore formula, and "Self Hell" ups the ante once again.
