Last week, Metallica released a mysterious video that seemed to be teasing plans for late 2018. Today, suspicions of a big tour announcement were confirmed as Metallica revealed the itinerary for the latest North American leg for their 2018 Worldwired tour. Supporting their 2016 album Hardwired... to Self-Destruct, the Worldwired tour has been a massive success for the band, selling out stadiums across the world in 2017 and moving 1.5 million tickets across 49 shows. These new dates mark the group's first return to the Stateside venues since this past August and will hit a combination of A and B markets throughout the country.

While no support acts announced, each date will feature a pre-show party hosted by comedian Jim Breuer. Tickets for the tour go on sale for fan club members February 27th, and general on-sale begins March 2. Head over to Metallica's site to see all the packages available, and check the full itinerary below.
