Metallica have dropped the "Amsterdam Sessions (Amazon Music Presents)," a four-track live EP and set of accompanying live videos from a recent in-studio performance in the Netherlands.
The sessions feature the thrash legends ripping through a career-spanning four-pack of songs — "Master Of Puppets," "Nothing Else Matters" and then two tracks from their new album 72 Seasons, "If Darkness Had a Son" and "Lux Æterna" — while they're being professionally filmed from every angle.
Both the music and the videos are almost all exclusive to Amazon Music, but the band have uploaded their performance of "If Darkness Had a Son" to YouTube in order to give non-Amazon subscribers a taste.
