Metallica: Hear New Orchestral Version of "Enter Sandman" From HBO's 'Westworld'

Featured on soundtrack of show's 4th season

Metallica's pop-cultural takeover continues. As if the viral "Master of Puppets" scene in Stranger Things' season 4 finale hasn't raised the thrash OGs' already-sky-high profile enough, the band's Nineties smash "Enter Sandman" has now popped up in HBO's Westworld.

Today (July 11th), WaterTower Music released a new orchestral version of the Black Album single that appears on the soundtrack to the show's ongoing fourth season. The instrumental cover was arranged and produced by Westworld composer Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash of the Titans) and was featured in the third episode of the new season, which premiered last night.
