Nine Inch Nails have a new album on the way. Set to arrive June 22nd, Bad Witch follows the first two entries in the group's trilogy of EPs, which began with 2016's Not the Actual Events and continued with last year's ADD Violence. They've also announced a trek behind the release, which they're calling the Cold and Black Infinite North America 2018 Tour. The jaunt, which features support from shoegaze pioneers Jesus and Mary Chain, kicks off in September. Find a full list of dates below, along with Bad Witch's artwork and track listing.
For their Cold and Black Infinite Tour pre-sale, Trent Reznor and Co. plan to stick it to the bots with what they've dubbed "The Physical World presage events." Tickets can only be purchased in-person at venue box offices. An all-caps explanation on the Nine Inch Nails website warns that "YOU MAY ACTUALLY ENCOUNTER OTHER ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS LIKELY WEARING BLACK CLOTHING DURING THE PROCESS AND POTENTIALLY INTERACT WITH THEM." (Really, Trent? You're going to make us have person-to-person contact? Whatever ... if you say so.)
