See ICP's Shaggy 2 Dope dropkick LIMP BIZKIT's Fred Durst onstage in 2018

It didn't go as planned

October 6th, 2018, was just one of those days for Insane Clown Posse's Shaggy 2 Dope. One half of the Juggalo leaders decided that his rap group's decades-long beef with nu-metal rascals Limp Bizkit had come to a boiling point, and in the middle of Bizkit's headlining set at New Jersey's Rock Allegiance Festival, 2 Dope ran out onstage and attempted to dropkick frontman Fred Durst off the platform. It didn't go as planned.

As captured on video from multiple different angles, the WWE-tier stunt could've resulted in one of the most violent physical altercations in heavy-music history, but instead, 2 Dope was tackled by security in mid-air, and his charged-up flying kick amounted to a mere boot on Durst's backside that barely even made him flinch. 2 Dope was promptly dragged offstage, and Durst suavely turned to the crowd and mouthed, "What a pussy, he couldn't even pull it off."

Naturally, the Bizkit-loving crowd started booing 2 Dope while security pummeled him on the side of the stage, and Durst felt so uninhibited by the confrontation that he even cut 2 Dope some slack and told the security to chill. "Calm down, it's one guy," he said before leading the crowd in a chant of, "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye."
