Alice in Chains have released a new song, “Hollow.” The track will be featured on the band’s highly anticipated, as-untitled new album, which is due this spring. Check out the song, and let us know what you think in the comments.
Not bad, never will be the same without Layne
There will never be a replacement for Layne. None the less, AIC Rocks!
kind of a boring song, nothing special here
Definitely missing Layne, but Jerry’s sound is still incredible. Song rocks, can’t wait for album m/
I like what I hear…sounds like classic AIC but definitely miss Layne of course.
The riff is just unreal. Stays really true to AiC. The vocals seem to be missing some emotion in the verse and chorus, but great melodies, especially in the bridge. (Silence so Loud).
layne staley was alice in chains, but their new stuff i admit is pretty fuckin badass
no no no no
Alice on chains got a name! is amzing and is over.
R.I.P. Layne .. Alice In Chains are back !!!!!
In love…m/ <3 m/
I love it and can’t wait for the album…
You and I are on the same page John.
I have to totally disagree with everyone here saying Layne was AIC. Layne was a big part of the band, sure. But their last album was GREAT!!! William DuVall has filled in perfectly! And Chains “sound” always had more to do with Jerry. Just listen to his solo stuff. Especially “Degradation Trip” it’s Chains without Mike and Sean. Layne is gone and may he rest in peace but this band is stil AIC with a singer that can back up on guitar too.
1/2 the OG band is dead; the living aspects of this group still lay down great rock music
William makes it a diffirent AIC then it was with Layne, i think he sounds great! They are back again!
