Eh. It was alright. The song was basically just the preview stuck on repeat with no build up. The drumming was pretty basic and there just wasn’t that ‘kick’ that they said there would be.

But the last minute or so picked it up a little. I thought Nightmare was better but I’m still holding out hope for the rest of the album. I still love them to bits.

I agree. It is more of a “buzz single”. Not the best they could do but enough to create a buzz. Hopefully the next one will punch you in the face a little more.

  • Johnnyboeh

Good thing they didn’t spoil the best track allready. Hopefully.

  • Jimmys revenge

I love these guys but I think that the lyrics will never be the same without the rev
I can’t wait to see them live though

    • shadowhog

The Rev didn’t write all the lyrics to A7x. It’s my understanding that M Shadows did.

  • Giovanni Deldio

Uh where the hell is NYC?! =

  • Zach Smith

The main chorus sends chills, the lead riff is exactly what ive been anticipating
This is an album worth being hyped for

  • avenged.skelli

Alright Houston, cannot wait for album and show!

I really hope to see them back on tour, they are teriffic in concert! Not making a judgement till CD comes out, but I liked Hail to the King. Only problem with these guys is that the addience is real young. When you go to a concert and the bar across from it is empty that means everyone is too young!
