Disturbed Frontman David Draiman’s New Band, Device, Reveals Album Details, Including Guest Stars

David Draiman’s new band Device (pictured above in the studio), which has previously been described as an industrial project in the vein of Ministry and Nine Inch Nails, have revealed a lot of details regarding their forthcoming debut album.

The band first single, “Villify,” will debut at radio on February 19, with the full record tentatively due for April 9. The album will include guest appearances by: Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath, Glenn Hughs of Deep Purple and Black Country Communion, M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, Serj Tankian of System of a Down, Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, and Lzzy Hale of Halestorm.

Device’s live band will include Will Hunt of Evanescence and Virus of the band Dope.

    It would be nice if they could just do the shit themselves for at least the first record. Then bring in all the guests. Whatever… It gets me excited to hear “in the vein of Ministry and Nails”, but I’m sure it won’t be anything like either.
