Exclusive: Danava Preview New Album, Plus Tour Dates

Doom rockers Danava will return with their new album, Hemisphere of Shadows (Kemado), on October 4. Below, you can watch an exclusive preview of the album, which has a cool ’70s horror flick vibe, and below that you can check out the group’s upcoming U.S. tour dates, which will feature support from Thrones. Vocalist-guitarist-synth player Gregory Meleney says, “This album is less Michael Moorcock and more Michael Schenker. Adding Andrew Forgash as a second guitarist has shifted our focus toward the guitars. This album is more so a live record. We translate best live and Hemisphere of Shadows is closer than we’ve ever been to capturing it.”
