Exclusive: Hollywood Undead Premiere “Hear Me Now” Remixed by Korn’s Jonathan Davis

On November 21, Hollywood Undead are releasing American Tragedy Redux on A&M/Octone Records; the album will feature remixes of 10 tracks including “Been To Hell…And Back” (KMFDM remix), “I Don’t Wanna Die” (Borgore remix), and “My Town” (Andrew WK remix).

“This is our first remix record ever,” J-Dog from Hollywood Undead explains. “We got to pick the DJ’s and re-mixers that the band really likes. Borgore, Jonathan Davis of Korn, KMFDM, Andrew W.K. are a few on the list. Who would have thought that someone you grew up listening to would one day remix your song: me–bitch!  So stay tuned, and hope you enjoy it. We hope it makes you sweat your tits off at your barnyard raves! Enjoy!”

This is great!! Love it! I’ve discovered HU as they were supporting Korn in Luxembourg. I’m now a big fan of you guys. And i just love Korn and any single track they did and i find JD is a great artist, trying new stuff, rethinking its music over and over and here… once again… cool stuff. Keep on rocking guys, keep evolving, that’s what make you growing !!!!

Sorry JD this re-mix is cool but the music over powers the vocals & the beats don’t sync up for the most part…no go/no flow…just a production issue i guess.

I am a major korn lover. Seen them twice once ballroom blitz and once stadium summerslam. Like J-Davis said  that he thought the fans would basically not like the music or become frustrated with the new stuff. I want to be the first to say, this new sound can be the greatest thrashmetal ever! We have alot of great talent here that our grandchildren will try to recreate. Now im gonna tell you the whole truth and nothing less or more. I used to listen to cars going up and down the streets with the boom boom boom. All those guys were doing was buying stuff to impress sombody, when the boom boom boom was crap anyway. Now im gonna finally hook up my 2 1200 amps and roll to the sound of this knew korn generation. Korn has always been amazing. I think this will be their greatest recording of all. At this moment I feel Korn will be on top and that will be the greatest they have ever been. I will cherish this moment. because after the last one I thought Korn was finished. I am not sure if Korn understands that they have people who need the tune. They said back in 1974, the greatest band in the world was kiss. They can kiss ass, im eating korn! T-95 Wichita please return…
