Exclusive: Rise Against Stream Rare Song, “Sight Unseen”

Rise Against will release their new compilation album, Long Forgotten Songs: B-Sides & Covers 2000 – 2013, on September 10 via Interscope Records. In anticipation, the band has teamed with Revolver to stream one of the tracks off the record, an original song titled “Sight Unseen” that was recorded in January 2008 and previously released on a split 7” with Anti-Flag.

“‘Sight Unseen’ was a product of our obsession with the band Shades Apart,” Rise Against frontman Tim McIlrath says. “We were just getting warmed up during the Appeal to Reason sessions and these songs were great precursors to what we started churning out. They got us up and running.”
