Exclusive: Sprung Monkey Premiere New Song, "Save Me," Featuring Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies
Today, San Diego hard-rock outfit Sprung Monkey have teamed with Revolver to premiere their brand new single, “Save Me,” featuring a guest appearance by Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies. Sprung Monkey’s new album, Dead Is Dead, is scheduled for a November 26th release date on Pacific Records. The band will hit the road with Suicidal Tendencies for a string of dates beginning November 27 in San Luis Obispo, California (the full dates are listed under the song stream).
"I remember back to my younger years listening to the first Suicidal Tendencies record, thinking, Holy shit, this is fucking amazing!" Sprung Monkey frontman Steve Summers comments. "Flash forward a couple decades and now to be working with Mike Muir on 'Save Me,' I'm still thinking the same thing: Holy shit, this is fucking amazing. This experience has definitely been one of the highlights of my musical career. I have nothing but respect for Mike Muir and Suicidal Tendencies."
