Exclusive: Stars in Stereo Premiere Cover of Nine Inch Nails’ Song “Closer”

Los Angeles-based rockers Stars in Stereo will release their debut self-titled album on April 9, but you can get it exclusively on the band’s upcoming tour starting February 12 (see full tour dates below). In anticipation, the band is premiering an exclusive cover of Nine Inch Nails’ classic song “Closer” right here right now. Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments.

As mentioned above, the band will be hitting the road again in 2013, starting off with a nationwide tour with hard-rock heavyweights Drowning Pool and Flyleaf. Tour dates are listed under the track stream.

    Between horrible and “eh”. NIN is still soooooo much better! I’d say even Jonny Cash’s version of “Hurt” was even better than this. This sounds “schticky” and lacks the passion that Reznor and even Cash (“Hurt” cover) have had throughout their careers.

    Wow just wow, this band to start with sounds like the typical girlish rock band all glitter and unicorns. I guess I’ll catch your show at Six Flags! Might as well put this in KIDZPOP! A DISGRACE TO NINE INCH NAILS AND THEIR FANS
