Lady Gaga Claims Picture of Metallica Crowd is Her Own Audience
Lady Gaga performed this weekend at Canada's Festival D'étét, and she tweeted a photo with a caption that read, "those little dots are fans, and that's our stage and lights beaming from the center. Unreal 90,000 ppl showed up! What a magical night #artraveQuebec."
Problem is, that wasn't her crowd--it was Metallica's audience way back in 2011. Not only that, but Lady Gaga's crowd drew 90,000 people, which was 40,000 less than the 130,000 attendees that showed up for the Metallica show years earlier.
After realizing her mistake, the pop star took to Twitter to post the real picture saying she wasn't trying to fool anyone. Check out both photos below.
