Marilyn Manson plays a “young techno lover” who runs afoul of a corrupt police officer in a new short movie, Wrong Cops – Chapter 1, directed by Quentin Dupieux, who previously helmed Manson’s favorite film of last year, the killer-tire flick Rubber.
