Photos: Welcome to Rockville

On April 29, Welcome to Rockville shook Jacksonville, Florida, kicking off the World’s Loudest Month, which is comprised of five of the biggest, baddest hard-rock festivals in America. The event featured bands including Evanescence, Shinedown, Halestorm, and P.O.D. Photographer Rob Fenn was on hand to capture the action. Check out some of the standout shots he caught below.
