Randy Blythe’s Next Court Date Set for July 19

Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe will remain in Czech prison for at least another six days, as it has been reported by Richmond CBS affiliate WTVR that his next bail hearing has been set for next Thursday, July 19.

The singer will have been imprisoned for three weeks at the time of the hearing, and WTVR reports that, if Blythe has his bail revoked, he could be facing another six months in prison.

An outpouring from fans prompted the U.S. Embassy to release an official statement on the matter, saying, “The U.S. Embassy provides standard consular services to American citizens in need of assistance. We cannot discuss specific cases due to privacy concerns.”

Sorry but why are “american rights” relevant in another country?

He was charged, he paid bail , the law then allows the prosecuter to negotiate with the judge and then a final decision will be made.

He is subject to Czech law not US law, and secondly i bet you’ve never even been there, it’s one of the most interesting places you could go to with a very rich history and culturem much more so than the US.

I must be quite accurate seeing as how many americans seem to want to stay there……
