Sepultura Announce New Album Title

Brazilian-American thrashers Sepultura have announced the title of their forthcoming twelfth studio album as Kairos. A quick Google search reveals that Kairos” is an ancient Greek word meaning “right or opportune moment” or “the supreme moment,” though the band have released no official statement on the meaning of the title.

As previously reported, Sepultura have just wrapped up the recording for their new album, set to be released on Nuclear Blast sometime in the late spring/early summer. The band recorded a total of 13 songs, including covers of Ministry’s “Just One Fix” and the Prodigy’s “Firestarter.”

I cannot wait! Sepultura without Max and Igor is still badass. They remain one of my all time favorite bands. We go way back. Just tour!
