Shadows Fall Plan New Album

Shadows Fall have penned a new, multi-album North American, record deal with Razor and Tie. It has also been announced that the band will be entering the studio this week to record their seventh full-length. The record will be the followup to 2009′s Retribution, which was released on Everblack Industries, a label the band created in conjunction with Warner Music’s ILG, Ferret Music, and ChannelZERO Entertainment.

The new album is being produced by Killswitch Engage/Times of Grace guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz and is currently slated for a Spring 2012 release. Fans will be able to keep a check on Shadows Fall’s progress in the studio by watching live streams of the band in the midst of their creative process. The first of these insights, via Livestream, occurs tomorrow, October 12, at 5 p.m. EDT. Two further streams are scheduled for October 19 and November 9.
