The Birds of Satan, Featuring Foo Fighters Drummer Taylor Hawkins, Premiere New Song, “Thanks for the Line”

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has formed with a new side project, The Birds of Satan, which also features bassist Wile Hodgden and guitarist Mick Murphy, who are also in his cover group Chevy Metal. The band’s self-titled debut album will be released April 15. In anticipation, The Birds of Satan have premiered a song from the record, titled “Thanks for the Line.” Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments.

Hawkins’ Foo Fighters bandmates Dave Grohl and Pat Smear both make appearances on the album, which is available from iTunes with an immediate download of “Thanks for the Line.” merch package and vinyl are available here.
