Norwegian solo artist the Commander-in-Chief has released a version of Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid” that would take many more blog posts than this (maybe even in alternate dimensions) to describe. Give this a listen and let us know what you think off it. Is it awesome or insane?

    I don’t know why people are bad mouthing this cover. first of all covers are other people’s interpretation of the song. second, the ones hating it prolly don’t even play an instrument and are narrow minded twerps. whats the sense of doing a cover if you’re just gonna re-hash the original?

    I’m sorry, but even though it is a new take on the music, and it has some “originality” value, it completly destroys the mood of the song, and it just has an all around bad sound (to my likings)

    Its funny how this comments are different from blabbermouth, i kind of agree with them,this version is bad, the solo  amateurish, and i say this because she claims to be a shredder and she is not , poor technique is reflected ,guitar players will know this , next time, CIC sell without the lies , name dropping means nothing when you can’t do the deed. in other words,learn how to shred before claiming you do. nuff said by the way,who is playing the solo in battle of the minds? because it is not you.

      I think  Great expectations solo ,you can hear Ramon’s style against hers (it is very obvious the difference ) uncredited of course , I met them in LA at the dragonfly , they seem like nice people ,her mom is the manager,  and is funny how she address  her as the CIC .

    I got one more, She landed lucrative endorsements !!!! as far as i know,Ibanez,and Seymour Duncan don’t pay their endorsers, only sell them stuff at discount . the deception goes a long way , trying to keep up  with it is the tough part. face it, the song was killed by the CIC.

    As her full time manager  for more than 3 years I am the only one who knows the extent of The Commander In Chief’s incredible hard work and many talents. I do not expect everyone in the world to like what she does, but nobody can question her hard work, courage, skills and many unique talents When it comes to the accusations about her NOT playing guitars on her recordings I have one comment: we have a legal system that handles shit like that! If anyone feels the need to continue to spread stories like that about her I will take every possible legal step to hold that person accountable for those lies. This will be the only comment from her team on this matter.
