manson and slayer are easily 2 of the best "metal" bands ever, however wouldn't it be grand if Cradle of Filth were there as well. Talk about your ear blowing experiences. Saw Slayer and Manson together last summer, it ROCKED!!!!!!!!

I'm sure someone's gonna disagree with me, but how is Manson a metal band? Just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of 'em, but I do like him. Matter of fact I like all tha bands at the show. Too bad I can't go... Damn concert planners. And I kinda see why Disturbed and Slipknot stayed out this year (didn't know this tour existed last year). They're metal, but not quite Slayer/KSE/B4MV level most of the time.

I took my daughter to Mayhem Fest. We had the best time.I will just say it was a late birthday present to me via my churro. I couldn't wait for Slayer to come on and they didn't disappoint. My daughter is a Manson fan and we didn't stay for all of his performance. Sorry. But I was spirit filled that night for those that still believe in the trininty.

The best music festival I have ever been to and I'm 35 so I've been to alot. All That Remains and Godforbid were awesome. KSE and Bullet for My Valentine were excellent and had the crowd warmed up. Slayer as usual was nothing less than the best show ever. No fancy displays, no huge monitor screens...just Slayer playing as loud and as fast as ever. True metal God's!
