I always thought Otep was hot in pics and vids but OMFG in person she totally rawks my socks!  I was up against the stage all night last week at Pops in Sauget and she is effin gorgeous.  Her hotness is 2nd only to her amazing art.  She is one of todays TRUE artists and I adore her for that.  Thank you Otep!  Much LOVE!

OMG this woman is a goddess. Intelligent, honest, raw, and soooooo incredibly hot I can't even stand it. I can't fucking stand it. And the music, full of in your face brash truth. How can you NOT love her? To the asshole who said she looks like a teenage boy, part of her appeal is that she doesn't look like a fucking Cosmo girl. I fear that Otep is headed in the wrong direction. She seems more stuckup and more polished then years before. But, I've been a dedicated fan for 7 years so it will take a lot to make me not love the band. Imo, however, she looked a lot better (don't like bleach blonde on anyone) back when Otep first started - not that she's not still hot now though.

 I watched Otep close a show in Lubbock, TX with War Head. She dedicated the song to the men and women of the armed forces. She said, "Mr. Bush- Their blood is on your hands." Now she strongly supports the latest idiot in office. Otep should ask her buddy Obama why he sent 17,000 additional military personnel to Afghanistan. When is Obama the war monger going to end his war in Afghanistan? Why are we still there? Why not write a song bashing Obama? Instead of focusing on that issue, she constantly bitches about people who eat hamburgers. She should just sing and keep the politics to herself. 

Its an opinion... what does it matter..but if you have nothing nice to say you shouldnt say it at all...remeber that??? Otep is a beautiful female..and produces extreme talent. We all know this. All i can say is i think its a bit of jelousy in the comment of saying someone is ugly. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and expression of it. Her songs are not hurting anyone. If you do not like them, simply do not listen to them. And...bitching about people eating hamburgers? Do you mean she doesn't support the violent slaying of innocent animals for unnecessary human indulgence? She is standing up for what she believes in. I give her a lot of credit and a huge amount of respect. What is it you would like her to sing about? Her songs actually have depth and meaning. Which can't be said for a lot of other singers out there.

This country has been fighting in wars for so many decades. Along with most of the world. You ask, when will Obama end the war? The guy JUST got into office. He has already done quite a few things to help Americans. Try looking at all that, instead of dwelling on him sending troops overseas. Do you expect him to sit around and not fight the mess that Bush started?  President Obama is only a little more than halfway through his first year in office. Let's wait and see how he does, how it all plays out.

I love her style. I think she's the best female metal singer around. I can't stand the other female singers in metal bands that sing with that melodic voice. Having an angelic voice in metal doesn't work for me.
