Photos: Alice Cooper Plays Whisky A Go Go
Shock-rock legend and Revolver Golden God Award recipient Alice Cooper played Los Angeles’ 500-capacity Whisky A Go Go for the first time in 42 years on September 15. He planned this special show to celebrate the release of his new album, Welcome 2 My Nightmare (Ume), and introduce fans to his new guitarist Orianthi (formerly of Michael Jackson’s band). Other surprises included: Rob Zombie introduced the show, and guests ranging from the Doors’ Robby Krieger to electro-pop artist Ke$ha (who duets with Cooper on Welcome 2 My Nightmare) made appearances. Revolver photographer Stephanie Cabral captured the mayhem below.
