INDEMNIFICATION

COPYRIGHT AGENT

Future respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent the following information:

1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action related to this site shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts located in San Francisco, California
OTHER

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in whole or in part, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Future to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
