REVOLVHER PRESENTS THE HOTTEST MEN IN THE NEW ISSUE!

The March ’09 issue of Revolver was my last issue as photo director. One might say that I went out with a bang, as I landed two topless men on the cover. One of the rules that I had to endure for my five-year stint at this very manly magazine is “no topless men” (unless of course it is Slash or Scott Weiland). To get two men on the cover topless is a massive triumph. So, here we have my list of the hot men in the sexy March issue. We have mud trucking, brawling, face tattoos, some random dude from some band I’ve never heard of, and one of my former co-workers. Enjoy yourselves!

Hank III (page 30)
I will always have a soft spot for redneck spawns of country-rock royalty, specifically in the form of Hank III. I love his tunes, and he is so fucking hot that I could hardly photo edit these pics of him covered in mud.

Mark Morton, Lamb of God (page 59)
I got to spend a few hours making screen grabs of the infamous Morton/Blythe battle for this issue. Mark Morton punching out Randy Blythe was one of the most erotic things I’ve ever seen. So I am so happy that I can give Mr. Morton yet another shout out for his extreme awesomeness.

Brent Hinds, Mastodon (page 58)
The guy has his face tattooed and rocks hard.

Alex Varkatzas, Atreyu (cover)
This was my first and last opportunity to run a sweaty, topless man on the cover of Revolver. I am so grateful that he is gorgeous and can carry it off well. This totally beats those other shoots we did with Alex where we either cut off his head or covered him in bruises.

Johnny Roberts, Woe of Tyrants (page 39)
I don’t know shit about this band, but I do know a hot dirt bag when I see him.

Mario Comesanas, Revolver Promotions Director, Sirius Radio DJ (letters page)
He has pretty eyes and is no longer my co-worker, so it is OK to sexually objectify him.
