Seattle-based metal quintet HIMSA have completed the recording process for their highly anticipated Century Media Records debut.

The group tracked the drums, bass and guitars with Steve Carter (who produced the Courting Tragedy and Disaster album), Devin Townsend (Lamb of God, Darkest Hour) handled vocal duties and the renowned Tue Madsen (the Haunted) is currently mixing the disc. The album is currently set for a late August release. Click the link below to view a video of Devin Townsend and Johnny Pettibone tracking vocals, shot by King Of Hearts Productions.

U.K. thrash metal outfit Evile have completed the recording process for their upcoming album, 'Enter The Grave' and are currently in the mixing stage with Flemming Rasmussen (METALLICA, MORBID ANGEL) behind the decks.

The band issued the following statement: "We're now in the mixing process of the album. All parts are now recorded to the best of our ability (sorry, it's the best we could do). We decided not to include a cowbell, or a triangle. Working with Flemming has been a unique and amazing experience. He's got the perfect vision and ability to make this album sound exactly how we all want it to. We hope all you thrash fans enjoy this mass of noise we've created for you."

EVILE will be joining fellow thrashers, Municipal Waste and SSS for a summer U.K. tour. For a full list of dates, go to
