We're nearing the end of Alice in Chains' 10-part sci-fi horror movie Black Antenna, and things are coming to a head. Episode eight, which corresponds to the song "So Far Under" off the grunge giants' latest album Rainier Fog, reveals a new wrinkle in the story of stranded extraterrestrials Alpha and Beta and the menacing forces hunting them on Earth. Directed by Adam Mason, Black Antenna was produced by Elizabeth Mason and Nick Vallelonga, the latter of whom recently won two Oscars for his work on the film Green Book and has a cameo in episode one. As for Alice in Chains, aside from rolling out the rest of the film over the next month or so, the band is also looking ahead to its big co-headlining summer tour with Korn.
