See Ghost's Tobias Forge Get Beaten With Fiddle in New Netflix Show

'Clark' also features Myrkur and a soundtrack from Opeth's Mikael Åkerfeldt

Have you ever wanted to see Ghost frontman Tobias Forge be beaten unmercifully with a fiddle? Well, now you can view all that and more in Netflix's new show, Clark, a crime drama about a famed Swedish gangster that many figures from throughout the metal world are involved in. It's directed by Lords of Chaos filmmaker and former Bathory drummer Jonas Åkerlund, has a soundtrack scored by Opeth's Mikael Åkerfeldt, and a cast that boasts Forge and Danish black-metal savant Myrkur.

The show is intriguing on many levels, but what's really got us stoked is one scene where Ghost's mastermind gets bashed over the head with a fiddle when a brawl breaks out. At the beginning of the scene, Forge is depicted as a dainty fiddle-stroking musician at a pleasant Midsummer festival, amicably playing his instrument while lively folks dance and drink merrily around him.

After a few local bad boys roll into the event, tension erupts, and eventually one of the supposed villains turns around, grabs Forge's fiddle out of his hand and wallops him across the face with it, striking a couple times until he falls to the ground. It's pretty great bar-brawl slapstick, and you can watch it happen above via YouTube. Then, check out a scene with Myrkur below.
