Texas outfit’s "Hatchet (The Ballad of Victor Crowley)" clip showcases cult franchise's goriest moments

Austin, Texas, metal outfit Ignitor have shared a gruesome visual for "Hatchet (The Ballad of Victor Crowley)" a thrashy ripper from their latest album Haunted by Rock & Roll that they originally penned for Victor Crowley, the recently released fourth installment of Adam Green's Hatchet slasher film franchise.

The very NSFW video combines static-y performance footage with clips highlighting the film's grisliest moments, especially the death scenes; needless to say, those made squeamish by crotch stabs, cannibalistic acts and gruesome disfigurements will probably wish to steer clear.
