See Jack Black Paint Kyle Gass in Tenacious D's Hilarious Bob Ross–Parody Video

Black: "Let's explore his body together"

Tenacious D are back — with a highly anticipated new album, Post-Apocalypto, and an animated YouTube series of the same name. Every frame of the series, which premieres this Friday (September 28th), was hand-drawn by Tenacious D's Jack Black, who puts his heretofore-hidden talent for visual art to another use in an insane new video from the acoustic-rock duo. In an homage to Bob Ross' celebrated The Joy of Painting art-instructional series, Black steps up in front his easel and takes up Ross' majestic afro to walk us through a demonstration of how to paint his Tenacious D bandmate Kyle Gass, a.k.a. Kage, who appears in a skimpy undies to fully display his anatomy. "Let's explore his body together," Black says, as he takes up his sharpie.
