Count D hosts Gibson TV series devoted to heavy music and horror

Gibson TV's new video series Metal and Monsters is dedicated to the worlds of heavy metal and monster culture, and hosted by Matt "Count D" Montgomery, bassist for the one and only Rob Zombie. The show kicked off with a bang today (March 24th) with Count D taking viewers to Elm Street as he reunites Don Dokken and Robert Englund to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors.

The hour-long episode also sees our host taking a trip to the offices of toy-makers Super7 in San Francisco to talk with founder Brian Flynn and his team about their projects with Motörhead, Iron Maiden and Megadeth. In addition, Count D looks back at Metallica's world-beating "Black Album" and sits down with Carcass guitarist Bill Steer for a look back at the extreme-metal pioneers' grisly history.

Watch above, and look out for future episodes.
