After failing to qualify for the 2014 Winter Olympics, snowboarding legend and two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White is set to compete for Team U.S.A. at this year's games, kicking off in Pyeongchang County, South Korea, next week. In anticipation of the pro's return, NBC has unveiled a stunning Super Bowl commercial showcasing White's skills and accomplishments through the ages, as well as some cool CGI effects. As if that wasn't epic enough, the 60-second ad is soundtracked by Black Sabbath's legendary "Iron Man."
Black Sabbath aren't the only rockers featured in Super Bowl commercials this year. Earlier this week, Kia revealed a spot starring Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, which finds the singer traveling through time in the company's 2018 Stinger model. Watch that below.
Super Bowl LLI airs this Sunday, February 4th, at 6:30PM Eastern on CBS. Tune into NBC February 9th-25th to catch the 2018 Winter Olympics.
