Slipknot: See Terrifying AI-Generated Versions of Every Members' Masks

Computer-generated versions of the Iowa Nine are scarier than the real deal

Slipknot's masks are already terrifying as is, but they're G-rated snooze fests compared to their AI-generated counterparts. One savvy Redditor used an AI app to morph the Iowa Nine's latest face coverings into nightmarish new forms.

In a picture posted to the Slipknot subreddit, the grid displays all nine members of the band with contorted facial features that range from, "hm, pretty freaky," to, "holy fuck, what the shit is that??"

The scariest of the bunch has got to be Michael "Tortilla Man" Pfaff's visage, which flips his scarecrow-eyed, zipper-faced mask into some kind of sci-fi beast that looks like it swam up from the bottom of the ocean. Corey Taylor's mask looks totally demented too, "like a cross between Jack Skellington and Jeff the Killer," as one Reddit commenter put it.

See all of the AI-generated horror below and hope that you're still able to fall asleep tonight.
