Slipknot's Clown and Tortilla Man Debut New White Masks

The percussionists rocked fresh visages at show over the weekend

It's Slipknot custom to introduce a whole line of new masks with each new album. But as any true Maggot knows, the Iowa Nine aren't strict about wearing the exact same visages until the next record arrives; they sprinkle in upgraded versions of their freaky face coverings, tweaking the designs or making slight changes to the colors just to keep things fresh and interesting for the die-hards.

It's only been a few months since Slipknot unveiled their latest round of disguises for THE END, SO FAR era of the band, but over the weekend, percussionists Shawn "Clown" Crahan and Michael "Tortilla Man" Pfaff debuted flashy new white versions of their current masks at their October 1st show in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

It doesn't appear that anyone else from the band was rocking any new designs, but Tortilla Man and Clown can be seen in the photo above posing in noticeably new getups. Tortilla Man's looks like a ghost white version of his previously-unveiled mask, but Clown's Michael Myers-esque costume is a complete redesign of the gem-encrusted one he launched back in the summer.

This one is eerily smooth but wrinkly enough around the forehead to give it that uncanny realism, and there're some bizarre scribbles etched into his forehead that look like haunted cave paintings.

Check out a photo of the new masks below, and keep an eye out at their shows to see if any other Slipknot members launch some new looks.
