Watch Tense Trailer for Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross–Scored Doc 'The Fourth Estate'

New Showtime series chronicles inner workings of 'New York Times' during President Trump's first year in office

Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have composed music for The Fourth Estate, Showtime's upcoming four-part documentary series. The docu-series chronicles the inner workings of The New York Times during President Donald Trump's first year in office; it's set to air on Showtime on May 27th at 7:30 p.m. Eastern.

Reznor and Ross (who joined the NIN camp in 2016) are no strangers to scoring, of course: the pair's chilling The Social Network score won the 2010 Oscar for Best Original Score — a feat they followed up with similarly successful compositions for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Patriots Day, and The Vietnam War, just to name a few. Nine Inch Nails' last release, Add Violence EP, came out last year.
