Watch Tommy Wiseau Get Torn Apart by the Armed's Chaotic New Song "Role Models"

A match made in weirdo, auteur heaven

Tommy Wiseau, man. Is there a more perfect person to insert into strange situations just to how he would react? We can't think of one, and neither could Detroit hardcore collective the Armed, as they brought him in for their new video for "Role Models." The crux of the clip is literally just The Room actor-director-producer (clad in what looks like the carcass of a Wookie) listening along to the track and reacting as he sees fit. What follows is Wiseau doing a bunch of whacky arm movements while the electronic-stricken hardcore cut thunders on.

The best thing about the video is it really doesn't seem like Wiseau is moving along to the beat in any way through a lot of the song, just doing his own thing. At times, it's hard to tell whether he's pulling off some cool moves or just covering his ears. He does nail some pretty crucial fist pumps as the chaos of the song settles into a solid rhythm. At the end of the video, Wiseau steps away briefly before telling the Armed they're tearing him apart, then coming back, sitting down and disappearing into whatever dimension he resides in.

The band's upcoming album Only Love is out April 27th. You can pre-order it from No Rest No Ruin
