Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in late February, the Ukrainian band Jinjer have had to put their band on hold to tend to much more pressing issues in their homeland. The group fronted by Tatiana Shmayluk sadly had to drop off of their opening slot on the Knotfest Roadshow and pause all future touring plans, instead putting their efforts into selling charity shirts to help raise humanitarian aid funds to serve their fellow citizens.

However, after several months of pausing the band, Jinjer have announced that they're planning to return to the road early next year by way of a U.K. tour opening for Bullet for My Valentine alongside Atreyu.

"Despite the current situation at home, we refuse to give up hope that better days will soon come," the band wrote on Twitter, "that's why we are very excited to announce that we will tour the UK with none other than @bfmvofficial and @atreyuofficial in Feb-March 2023!"

The 10-date run is set to kick off on February 27th, 2023 and conclude on March 11th with a show at the London Roundhouse. While this isn't the most relevant news for North American fans who missed them on Knotfest Roadshow earlier this spring, it is a brave step forward by the band and a sign of hope that they'll be able to pick up at a normal pace in 2023.

See the dates below and keep sending your well-wishes their way.
