Order your copy of Brann Dailor's new coffee table book, Brann Dailor's 101 Clowns of the Coronavirus, now!
Last year, Mastodon drummer, singer and songwriter Brann Dailor teamed with Revolver to co-publish his book, 101 Clowns of the Coronavirus, a 100-page hardcover of brilliant, hilarious, freakishly original clown drawings that Dailor produced during a clown-per-day stretch at the beginning of the pandemic. Now, he's finally ready to celebrate his masterwork with an in-person popup show on Monday April 25th and Tuesday April 26th at Arch Enemy Arts in Philadelphia.
The event will feature loads of original artwork from the book, a popup shop featuring merchandise, signed books and limited-edition prints, and of course Dailor himself, who'll be milling amongst the crowd and thrilled to meet anyone who appreciates his quirky eye for kooky clowns. But that's not all! In addition to Dailor's clowns, the gallery the show is being hosted at has Paul Romano's original "Leviathan" painting — the one that graces the cover of Mastodon's 2004 album of the same name — on permanent display, viewable for all who come to clown around.
The show goes down April 25th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and then the following day, April 26th, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Arch Enemy Arts is located at 109 Arch St. in Philadelphia, PA. See the official flier below after the jump and be sure to mark your calendars.
Brann Dailor's 101 Clowns of the Coronavirus is available now exclusively through Revolver's shop. In addition to the book itself, we have numerous bundle options available that come with limited-edition 11x14 screenprints and shirts emblazoned with some of Dailor's finest clown creations.
