Maynard James Keenan's Puscifer Announce First Tour in 6 Years

Theatrical project to finally support 'Existential Reckoning' LP with live shows

Maynard James Keenan won't be taking much of a break from the road any time soon. Once Tool's 2022 touring plans wrap in late May at Budapest, Hungary's SportAréna, the singer (also of A Perfect Circle) is set to head out with his performance-art troupe Puscifer on their just-announced first trek in six long years. The run will mark Puscifer's first in-person shows since the release of their last album, 2020's Existential Reckoning, and is scheduled to kick off June 9th in Las Vegas, with tickets going on-sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time (VIP package details to be made available in the coming days). Moodie Black will open on all headlining dates. See the full itinerary below.

Puscifer's live productions have taken all kinds of weird and wonderful forms over the years, and the group — whose core trio comprises Keenan, Carina Round and Mat Mitchell — will be switching it up once again. A taste of the live outing was hinted at with the 2020 livestream event "Existential Reckoning: Live at Arcosanti." An on-demand/VOD version of the concert film and its accompanying soundtrack are out now, with physical versions of the soundtrack and film (vinyl and VHS) available via retailers on February 25th. (You can pick up the vinyl at Revolver's shop.)

In addition, Keenan recently launched Puscifer TV, an online repository for all things Puscifer including the aforementioned "Existential Reckoning: Live at Arcosanti," as well as "Billy D and The Hall of Feathered Serpents Featuring Money $hot by Puscifer," "What Is… Puscifer," and "A Curmudgeon's Guide to Divine Collisions and Pythagorean Oenology."
