Whitechapel have premiered a new song, "Mark of the Blade," the title track to their upcoming sixth full-length album.

Produced by Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder, Cannibal Corpse), 'Mark of the Blade' will be released June 24 via Metal Blade Records.

"It's the most dynamic record we've done, in the sense that one song can be very aggressive while the next one will be softer and sentimental," guitarist Alex Wade says. "At this point in our career and as we grow older, we are taking a more open-minded approach to creating our music, allowing what we think sounds good to evolve naturally, rather than to just write what is expected of us."

Teen metallers Unlocking The Truth have premiered their first-ever video, "Take Control." The song, a rallying cry against bullying, comes off their forthcoming debut full-length album, 'Chaos.' The album was produced by Johnny K (Megadeth, Pop Evil, Disturbed) and is due June 17 via Tunecore.

Inspired by personal experience, drummer Jarad Dawkins commented, "I remember when I used to be bullied in school for the music that I love to play, the jeans that I love to wear. I always told myself that everything is going to be alright. You are going to take control of the world one day."

California-based doom rock act Painted Wives will release its new album, 'Obsessed with the End,' on April 29 via Century Media Records. In anticipation, the band has teamed up with Revolver to premiere its new song and music video, "Dig." Check out the song below and let us know what you think in your comments!

Vocalist/guitarist Justin Suitor said, "The concept of the video came from a collaborative session between the staff at Exit House Films and the band. After Exit House Films had nailed our lyric video for the song 'Hollow Bones' it seemed obvious to have them do the video for our first single 'Dig. 'Brett and Timmy came to the band with a bunch of ideas and we added a few to the mix and eventually hashed out a treatment for 'Dig.' The result is fantastic. Its an abstract story with a deeper meaning interspersed with a slick band performance. Hopefully it will illicit some mystery and reflection about the lyrics and the intentions of the band from the viewer. It was a great experience making the video and seeing the process from behind the scenes for the first time. The band had a great time performing for the camera and can't wait to do it again!

"The band is super excited to embark on its first national tour in support of such awesome headlining acts," he continues, about opening for Lacuna Coil. "We hope to gather as many fans as possible every night. Seems like the right crowd for us to do just that. Our live show is very nasty and raw. Full of sincere shredding and punishing. We are very interested in finding out how we will be received by new audiences everywhere."

Ace Frehley has debuted the official music video for his cover of Free's 1970 hit "Fire and Water," featuring KISS frontman Paul Stanley. "It was great working with Paul again and all the years we've spent apart doing other projects seemed to vanish once we hit the stage!," says Frehley. The video notches itself into rock and roll history as the first time both Frehley and Stanley appear in a music video since KISS' music video for "Psycho Circus" released in 1998. It's also the first time in 14 years that the two shared a stage since Kiss' appearance at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Finally, it's the first time Frehley has released a music video since 1989, which was Frehley's cover of "Do Ya" released by both The Move and ELO.
