Babymetal Announce World Tour

Summer shows mark band's first live performances since death of guitarist Mikio Fujioka in December 2017

Babymetal have announced a world tour. The summer jaunt kicks off May 8th in Kansas City, Missouri, and includes a smattering of U.S. shows, as well as appearances at major European festivals like Germany's Rock am Ring and England's Download U.K. Find a full itinerary below.

Babymetal's upcoming shows will mark the band's first performances since the death of Babymetal's Kami Band guitarist, Mikio Fujioka, who died after falling from an observation deck while stargazing in late December 2017. His replacement has yet to be announced. Babymetal's last full-length album was 2016's Metal Resistance.
