This week, Tribulation reared their corpse-painted heads once again with another slab of goth-tinged melodic blackness. Arizona's Gatecreeper dropped a crushing surprise EP representing two "opposite sides" of their personality: short and fast vs. long and slow. It's all killer, but we particularly dig "Imposter Syndrome" from the ripping Side A. Doomsters Eyehategod and Monolord offered up some grooving "heavy blues," rising Swedes Orbit Culture continued to evolve their Metallica-meets-Gojira sound, and finally, Of Mice & Men announced their signing to SharpTone with a raging single.
