This week, U.K. duo Wargasm reimagined Atari Teenage Riot through a nu-metal lens, Drug Church and Warish channeled Nineties grunge, and Savannah metallic hardcore crew Vatican fractured ear drums with a vivid, dystopian assault. We got gnarly sludge from Nashville's Yautja, djenty alt-metal from VEXED, bass-heavy trap-metal from Scarlxrd and one hell of a skull-crunching breakdown from Beartooth.
